Margot Andersen – through a connection harking back to our London days, Margot Andersen also began her career as a teacher. She is now the owner of talentinsight Australia, a career management and leadership consultancy. She is also the founder of Insync Network Group, a community for expats navigating their return ‘home’. For Australians who have worked overseas and returned or plan to return home, I highly recommend Margot’s podcast, Boomerang: Expat to Repat

Megan Daley – author of Raising Readers and an award-winning teacher librarian, the delightful Megan Daley hosts the number one go-to website Children’s Books Daily. Her Instagram page is especially worthwhile following, as is her podcast Your Kids Next Read. My claim-to-fame? I was lucky enough to enjoy a semester at QUT with Megan Daley as my lecturer!

Pasi Sahlberg – Professor of Education Policy at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Dr Sahlberg is an educator and author who began his career in Finnland and has informed policy in countries around the world.

Sally Lawrence – Manager for Indigenous Education, Sally Lawrence works with Queensland schools to authentically embed First Nations cultures and histories into our curriculum.
